Sally-Anne Tapia-Bowes is quite remarkable, she is a full time English Teacher with a passion for Literacy at school and at home she writes children's books and psychological thrillers.
Her debut, His Mother is set in Southport and uses lots of local scenery and is centred on the disappearance of a young girl who was last seen having home tuition from Mr Rimmer. Sally-Anne is an exceptional writer, the book is beautifully written and yet packs a huge emotional punch as you delve deeper into the psyche of the characters.
